CHISINAU, Sep 30 (PRIME) -- Moldovagaz has paid Russian gas giant Gazprom the outstanding advance payment of U.S. $24 million for September, CEO Vadim Ceban said on his Telegram channel on Friday.
"SC Moldovagaz has made the remaining $23.898 million part of the advanced payment for September to JSC Gazprom today," Ceban said.
According to Moldova President Maia Sandu, Gazprom earlier warned Moldovagaz of a supply suspension in October due to delays of the advance payment.
